Okay, maybe I’m an insensitive jerk, but I think it says something about our society’s priorities when the majority of families we classify as “poor” own more than one television.

Don't call it a comeback.
Like an alzheimer's patient, I keep coming back to the Internet, forgetting all of the narcissism and false sense of self-greatness that it brings with it.
Sure, there's always going to be the moments that I want to share with the world or thoughts on current events that I think everyone needs to know or that new music act that I think you should have on your iPod right now. That stuff isn't important though.
I ultimately hope that the self-absorption and ridiculousness is secondary to the blessings that God has provided me and that I ultimately use them to glorify the One who's been too good to me.
